Transportation Cost And Time

We have warehouses in the United States and Europe, free shipping and no customs duties (may be required depending on the specific situation). Delivery takes 3-7 business days after placing an order. The specific delivery time depends on the distance between your delivery address and the shipping warehouse address.

Orders will ship within 1 day. Weekend shipments are still available, but may be delayed. Some products may be out of stock, so please note whether they are pre-orders when placing your order.

About self-pickup:

You can arrange for self-pickup from Monday to Friday (US time), so please do not rush to the warehouse. If you choose to pick up the item yourself, please be sure to contact customer service.


Pickup process:
Step 1. After you place a self-pickup order, please contact us to confirm the pick-up location and inform us of your pick-up time.
Step 2. We need to confirm the product with the warehouse, and after we prepare the pick-up form, we will send it to you. When you go to pick up the goods, please be sure to bring the pick-up form.

Please note that for self-pickup orders, the electric bicycle you ordered is not a complete one, and you still need to assemble it yourself. Please do not go there casually to avoid running empty.

Verification

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed soon. You will receive email notifications about the progress of your order, including tracking numbers or any other questions.
